Meet The Team

Tia is a partner at Schaecher Berend Wealth Management. As a financial advisor and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, Tia is motivated by her desire to help people pursue their life goals. She is committed to making a difference in the lives of families and business owners. Tia is the first of the Brandt children and helped found the Brandt House charity as a way to expand the mission of her parents. She, along with her husband Brian and their four children, are all involved with many aspects of Brandt House operations.

​Bob Brandt is the former Executive Director of the Nebraska Children’s Home

Society, the state’s largest private adoption agency. Prior to that he worked in

education as an administrator, teacher, and coach. Bob’s work has taken him to

the missions of South America, an orphanage in Korea, and Mother Teresa’s

convent in Calcutta, India.

Bob and his wife Peg have 12 children, nine adopted and three birth children, and

26 grandchildren. In addition to his work with Brandt House Inc, Bob currently

speaks to youth and adult groups on ethical leadership.

Dan is a former executive with almost 30+ plus years of experience working within

organizations. He has a background in organization development, helping individuals, teams, and organizations improve performance via strategy, culture, process, change management, and talent management. Dan has a Masters in Organizational Management. He is married to Kelley and has four children and eight grandkids. Dan has been actively involved in mentoring for the past 15 years through the TeamMates Mentoring Program. He has served in both mentor and board roles with TeamMates.

Gina has been a middle school teacher and coach for almost 20 years and has a Master’s Degree in Education. She finds incredible joy in teaching, leading, and mentoring youth and families through teaching and coaching. Gina is passionate about building relationships with people and using her skills as an educator to help families through Brandt House.  Gina and her husband Jeremy, have devoted their entire professional lives to educating and impacting the lives of young people. They, along with their four children, look forward to opportunities to serve others through Brandt House.
